Staying Alive on the Inside: Working with youth and children asylum seekers

Since doing pro bono work with the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law, taking declarations form children and youth inside our current immigration detention centers, I have been educating myself on the historical context of America's children's human rights crisis. This lecture talks about how we as practitioners stay connected to our own humanity doing the work and how true liberation work liberates all involved. This video was part of the Social Justice Monday seminars offered at Seattle University School of Law.
