A community lawyering practice focused on human rights and voting rights. Through education, civic engagement and litigation, Amend Law LLC seeks to amend the law so that law is in service of the people, not people in service of the law. Accordingly, elected officials derive their power to govern from the consent of the people, from all human inhabitants within the borders of the United States. For this reason, it is imperative that all people, especially young people, understand the power of their voice and importance of their right to vote.
